-The government of Nepal is currently reviewing new international adoption procedures. This program is currently inactive, but we invite you to check again for updated information.

- CHINA ADOPTIONS - the China program is offered by NCAF partner, Lifeline Children's Services

- UKRAINE ADOPTIONS - the Ukraine program is offered by NCAF partner, Lifeline Children's Services
- GUATEMALA ADOPTIONS - this program is presently inactive. When active, the Guatemala program is offered by NCAF partner, Lifeline Children's Services
- NEW BEGINNINGS provides adoption services in Russia, China, Peru, Taiwan, Guatemala and the Ukraine through partner agencies. New Beginnings provides home study, dossier support services and referrals to NCAF partner agencies.
